About revolving contracts
In real estate transactions, a rotating contract (a method in which both parties sign a contract with the real estate agent in charge of the real estate company without meeting face-to-face and exchange documents by mail) is a very effective means under certain circumstances. We use this method to meet the needs of clients where both parties live far away from each other or do not wish to meet in person for whatever reason.
This form of contract is usually preferable to a face-to-face meeting in order to avoid misunderstandings on both sides of the transaction, but it can also be used in cases where this is difficult.
In particular, we have conducted various transactions where the property is outside the Kanto area, but the seller is in the Kanto area. We also offer rotating contracts for investment property transactions.
Even for clients who wish to enter into a rotating contract, we support smooth transactions by arranging meetings between the two parties as much as possible. We try to ensure transparency and trust so that both sides of the transaction can feel comfortable with the contract.
